Medical Compliance
Dear Students/Staff/Parents:
Medical Exclusion for physical exams and immunizations will begin Wednesday, April 8th for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Seniors who received letters and consent forms from the Nursing Dept. before the Spring Break. Juniors will be exempt until after the PSAE Test Date. Holy Cross Hospital and the University of Chicago Medical Van will provide free services for our students. If there are any questions or concerns please contact the Nursing Dept at 773-535-3200 x 28509 or x 28529.

Simeon NJROTC Program will be hosting its Annual Military Ball on March 5, 2010 at the Chateau Del Mar, 8301 W. 95th Street, Hickory Hills, IL. The attire is formal dress, hopefully no bright colors.
