Medical Compliance
Dear Students/Staff/Parents: Medical Exclusion for physical exams and immunizations will begin Wednesday, April 8th for Freshmen, Sophomores, and Seniors who received letters and consent forms from the Nursing Dept. before the Spring Break. Juniors will be exempt until after the PSAE Test Date. Holy Cross Hospital and the University of Chicago Medical Van will provide free services for our students. Simeon NJROTC Program will be hosting its Annual Military Ball on March 5, 2010 at the Chateau Del Mar, 8301 W. 95th Street, Hickory Hills, IL. The attire is formal dress, hopefully no bright colors. It is that time of year again to see how well our students have done. On November 19, 2009 from 12:45-6:15 we will host our “REPORT CARD PICK-UP.” Please plan to attend.
