Application for Admission
Welcome Class of 2012!!
Simeon Career Academy has developed an all new admissions process, beginning with our new Online, Word Based Application.
Please read prior to completing the application
- A completed application packet contains the following:
- A completed and signed application by parent/guardian and student
- A typed essay
- Counselor/Teacher letters of recommendation
- 7th Grade Standardized Test Scores; all additional test data
- Copy of 1st marking period 8th Grade Report Card
- Copy of Cumulative Records (Cum Card)
- Individualized Educational Plan (if applicable)
Simeon Career Academy is not responsible for incomplete applications. Simeon is open from 7:30am until 4:00pm daily. We will accept applications via US mail or CPS mail run. Complete Applications may be mailed to:
